These Terms & Conditions govern access to kamfx.in and purchases of KAMFX products and related services.
1. About KAMFX
KAMFX sells household and kitchen appliances including kitchen chimneys, water purifiers and other products introduced from time to time. Products may also be sold through third-party marketplaces such as Amazon and Flipkart.
2. Product Information
We aim to keep product images, specifications, features, prices and availability accurate. Minor visual differences may occur because of photography, screen settings, packaging or manufacturing updates. Product-specific specifications shown on the relevant product page will apply.
3. Prices and Payments
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Payments on kamfx.in may be processed through Razorpay and available payment networks. A payment is treated as successful only after confirmation is received from the payment gateway or relevant network.
4. Serviceable PIN Codes
KAMFX may restrict online purchasing and delivery to selected PIN codes. Customers may be required to confirm a serviceable PIN code before Buy Now is enabled. Customers outside currently serviceable locations may still use the Enquire Now option.
5. Orders
An order is subject to product availability, successful payment confirmation and acceptance. We may contact you where clarification is needed regarding delivery address, PIN code, installation feasibility, availability or payment.
6. Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary because of location, availability, public holidays, weather, traffic, operational conditions or events outside our reasonable control. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information.
7. Installation
Installation availability depends on product and location. Additional civil, electrical, plumbing, ducting, core-cutting, accessory, consumable or modification charges may apply where not expressly included with the product.
8. Warranty and After-Sales Service
Warranty coverage, duration, covered components and service terms may vary by product, model and purchase channel. The applicable warranty for a particular product will be the warranty specifically communicated on the relevant product page, invoice, warranty card, user manual, product packaging or other written communication issued by KAMFX at the time of sale.
Where different warranty information is displayed for different products or models, the product-specific warranty terms will apply to that product. Warranty service may require valid proof of purchase, product model/serial details where applicable, reasonable access for inspection and compliance with installation, usage and maintenance instructions.
Depending on the nature of the issue and the applicable product warranty, KAMFX may provide diagnosis, repair, replacement of an eligible component or another appropriate remedy. Unless expressly covered under the applicable product warranty or required by law, warranty may not cover misuse, accidental or physical damage, unauthorised repair or modification, improper installation by an unauthorised person, unsuitable electrical/plumbing conditions, external causes, normal wear and tear or consumable parts.
Installation, service-visit, transportation, consumable or additional-material charges, if any, will depend on the product-specific warranty/service terms and will be communicated where applicable. Nothing in this section restricts any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Cancellation, Return, Replacement and Refund
All cancellations, returns, replacements and refunds are governed by the KAMFX Returns & Refunds Policy published on kamfx.in.
10. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate order information, use products according to instructions, ensure reasonable installation readiness and not misuse the website or payment process.
11. Third-Party Services and Marketplaces
Razorpay, WhatsApp, Amazon, Flipkart, logistics providers and other third parties operate under their own terms. Marketplace purchases are also subject to the applicable marketplace policies.
12. Governing Law and Grievances
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Consumer disputes may be raised before competent authorities, courts or consumer redressal forums having jurisdiction under applicable law.
